You are eligible if you:

  • are 18 years or older,
  • have a valid UAE residence permit,
  • have never bought a property in Dubai before,
  • and buy a home with a maximum value of AED 5 million.

The purchase must take place in a freehold-area. This means that you become the full owner of the property.
