High Referral Fees
Our referral fees are among the highest in the market United Arab Emirates. With us, you'll earn up to 80% of your sales commission as a referral fee.
We use a tiered structure for your referral fee. This means the percentage of the sales commission increases as the total AED sales through your referrals increase.
Sales commissions are determined per project by the developers and may vary per period or in the event of a special offer.
No License Required for Referrals
You don't have a real estate license, but do have a network of potential buyers? No problem. You refer the buyer, and we'll handle the rest under our RERA license. Once the transaction is complete, the Sales Purchase Contract (SPA) is signed, and we've received the developer's sales commission, you'll receive your referral fee within 10 days.
